The role of the sales assistant is to keep the office up to date with all the latest changes in your sales regions. As such, we teach sales assistants how to update rates, authorize new networks, create packages, maintain subscriber counts, and generate masterlists. Sales assistant training takes two or three hours depending on the areas to be covered.
